Do I have to be in the video?

The thought of being on camera can be terrifying to some. You do not have to be in your video. However, we do encourage you to at least make a cameo. It helps provide the audience a sense of connection with you and your company.

 

How long does a video shoot last?

Typically, 1 1/2 hours. Some times they can run longer. We do as much prep work beforehand as possible to ensure the shoot runs smoothly and quickly.

 

How disruptive is a video production?

They can be pretty disruptive. But we work with you to determine the best day and time that will be the least disruptive to your business.

 

How much does it cost? I have a budget I need to work with.

We are business owners too and understand needing to stay on budget. Cost will vary depending on your production needs. Letting us know up front about the budget you have in mind helps us. We are experts at finding ways to get you the video you want and works well within your budget.

 

How long does it take to get our video?

This will depend on the post production work you’re looking for (motion graphics, green screen). Typically, we have a 5 business day turn around to get a draft for you to preview.

 

Am I allowed any re-edits?

It is our goal that you won’t want or need any re-edits. However, there are times when something doesn’t look the way you thought it would or a mistake was made. Provided the re-edit is not needed to due to an error on our part, you are allowed 1 re-edit free of charge. You can have more than that but there will be a fee.

 

I already have some video footage. Can you edit it for me?

Not a problem. We’ll get your instructions and footage to edit it for you.
